“The hotel is clean, well-maintained, with options for dining and shopping on the ground floor.”

“Yes they were clean. As well as the hallways and sitting area in the lobby. The parking is great also the staff. The only two thing's that I could say that is an inconvenience. Are the elevator not working and with myself having to have double hip replacement surgery. Is extremely difficult walking up the stairs to the third floor. And the ice machine doesn't work on the floor. But I can not lie... The price as well as the comfortable environment. Wonderful and the staff. I will highly recommend...

“I'll admit my expectations were not very high considering the cost of my room compared to surrounding properties but I was very happy with everything regarding my stay! The staff was friendly and attentive, my room was clean and comfortable, and I can think of nothing I was missing. The fitness room was small but functional and suited my needs, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area ”

“The pool was not functional, a large part of choosing this facility was for the pool. Staff reported it just went down the day we arrived and would be functioning the next day. The green cloudy water in the pool would signify that was not the full truth. And was not functioning even on the third day and looked worse. No shampoo or soap in the shower, eventually was supplied after asking on 2nd day. No maid service supplied during stay. Breakfaststaff, one person, was was overwhelmed by the...

“I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.”

“Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”

“Room was incredibly spacious and the cleanest I've ever had. The staff was helpful 24 hrs a day and the breakfast buffet was really good! Kids played hard in the pool. We really enjoyed the convenience of the full fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. With 3 kids, we had snacks and bottles to keep and it was a huge relief not having to worry about anything. They had it covered. ”

It was about $9 per person with only a few things to choose from. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Things that are usually free in other hotels.”

“They robbed me threatened me and had hidden fees the woman made me and my baby sleep in a car after paying for the night she was not helpful or kind asked why my husband couldn’t afford the extra fees said she was from the south side and could have me and my family hurt ”

“The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!”
